1. Locate email that contains your download link(s).
It should look like this:

2. Click on download link in blue.
This should open up your browser.

3.Login with info. provided in email.

4. Now your page should look something like this:

5. Click on the name of your download, make sure "Save File" is selected and hit OK.

6. Choose where to save on your computer and hit Save.

7. Go to place you saved the downloads, you should see a zipped folder with the name of your download.
It would look like this:

8. Right click on the folder, scroll down to Extract All

9. Select where you want to extract to (default is same folder as zipped folder) and click extract.

10. Now go to folder where you saved the extracted files.
If you use the default choice, then you will see two folders with same name (one zipped and one unzipped)

11. Open the unzipped folder and choose the format that you need to load into your embroidery program.
